The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 41 m² flat for rent in Bruz, which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC, accessible from the sleeping area
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Walk in the Boël nature reserve
- Nearby attractions in Rennes: museums, cafés, old neighbourhoods, etc.
- Go to the Cinéville cinema in Bruz
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
