The Space:
Stanza 7 is a first-floor condo (one level above ground) designed for comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-concept living area with a sofa bed, the space easily accommodates up to 6 guests. It’s ideal for families or small groups looking for a laid-back, well-equipped home base near the beach.
Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds and closet space, with the primary featuring an en-suite bathroom. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV, while the kitchen is stocked with everything you need—including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full cookware set.

You’ll find plenty to enjoy nearby, including breakfast at the beloved Panquekis, flavorful street tacos from Taquería Ontiveros, and a peaceful stroll through El Edén botanical garden. For more buzz, the Golden Zone’s shops and beach bars are a short ride away, and day trips to Sayulita or downtown Puerto Vallarta are easily doable in under 30 minutes by car.

The area is mostly walkable, with groceries and restaurants nearby. The beach is a short drive or about a 12–15 minute walk. Taxis and Uber are widely available, and public buses connect Bucerías to nearby towns. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
