The service was great and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.
One thing is they make you pay the tourist tax at the END of your trip which can be quite depressing on the last day of your holiday, but I do understand that it has to be paid, it just would have been preferred at the start of the holiday so there is no financial burden on the last day.
The accommodation was in a perfect location just at the bottom of two main attractions. It’s away from hustle and bustle but just a short walk over the river to all of the shops and more great attractions.
The only fault to say is the shower was very disappointing, quite a lot of the time the water was cold and the shower head is small and hand held. There is no overhead shower head which makes it very difficult to wash your hair for example as your arm gets achy. This wasn’t very relaxing as I feel that’s what you should get out of a shower.
It also made the bathroom extremely wet as the water would just go everywhere.
I understand that the hotel has only been open for a few weeks so I’m sure this problem will be brought up more and be fixed as it is an easy one. But apart from that mine and my partner’s stay was perfect.
