I expect a full refund this place was trash roaches, no towels available no room service. The pool was dirty as well as the jacuzzi. This special trip was for my granddaughter birthday had to use the same towels till the day of check out! Horrible I will never stay at this place again! Very unsanitary! Curtains looked like they have never been wash or clean spider webs so old. The sliding door weren’t never wash or wiped phone was not working, everything was dusty. I had to clean and sanitize everything so my family be comfortable. Didn’t want to ruin our plans for the birthday celebration. Poorly service. Don’t stay at this place it’s horrible!

Location is great but it has not been cleaned or had anything new since the 90s. The bathroom leaked all night it’s super dark and the drapes had mold. The walls are dirty and stained I’m sure it was beautiful back in the day but needs a total makeover.

The set up of the court yard us so cute!! We just loved the picture perfect scene. The room was spacious and clean. Area was pretty quiet too for how.close to everything it is. We look forward to our next stay!

Property doesn’t even have enough sheets and pillows for all their beds. If you get a room that sleeps 6 because it has a pull out couch you better get there early cause even if your reservation is for that many people they won’t be able to give you bedding for the third bed.

The hotel is under remodelation, a lot of noise and diust. they are short of staff , they were no able to deliver the basics like towels etc. I definitely no recommend.

9 min stay from Disneyland. Food, shops and entertainment was close by. Problems included not enough towels and lots of spider webs inside and around the hotel.

Safe but older

The hotel felt safe and convenient for what we needed. The rooms are old- doors get stuck, bathroom is old, toilet didn’t work, lights are very yellow and walls are dingy. Could tell it used to be a nice hotel. Now it needs a lot of upgrading. Staff was very kind.

We had 5 guests registered and only 2 towels were provided. No sheets for the sofa. Bed which was absolutely disgusting. No guest service person when we went to get more towels or linens. No answer to several phone calls to front desk

Should be requires for current photos of property’s. Room facility’s pools jacuzzi’s to updated minimum of every month or 2. Clearly house keeping needs training on cleanliness. Pool needs service and Hot tub wasn’t working. Spiders found in room and weird smells. Will not use this location again.
