For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am giving 5 stars for that category!

Very convenient to go through the Source OC . So many restaurants choice . Staffs were sooo friendly and helpful . The room was so clean and spacey . Very bright and pleasent and practical . Roomy bathroom too . We would go back again .

I recently stayed at the Hilton Buena Park (Room 540) and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I accidentally left behind a brand new Dyson Airstraight (still in the unopened box) when checking out. As soon as I realized, I immediately called the hotel’s Lost & Found department. To my shock, they claimed nothing had been found. I was even told, “We’ve found bigger items before, so we would have found this if it was there.” That response was both dismissive and unprofessional. The fact is, the item was left in the room—it wasn’t opened, it wasn’t misplaced. Somehow, it simply “disappeared.” This experience has left me feeling that there is a serious issue with how the hotel handles lost property. Guests trust hotels to provide a safe and honest environment, and that trust was completely broken. I would strongly caution others: if you value your belongings, be extremely careful when staying here. My brand new purchase is gone, and the hotel has taken zero accountability.
