I was happy each day with the housekeepers and how they cleaned the room.
The things that could've been better were my check-in experience with Melissa and Calvin H. They didn't even greet me as a Hilton honors member, or even ask if I was one until I offered that info at the conclusion of check-in, just as I made a special request . While checking in, I requested a room with the view they could not accommodate me. I found that fascinating since I'm a Hilton honors member and the hotel has a huge vacancy right now that was disappointing.
Once upstairs, they immediately called up to the room and said that we could switch rooms but before we committed, we just wanted to peek into the room first and they couldn't even do that even though we weren't even going to utilize the room I thought that was just ridiculous to offer us a room, but not let us look at it before committing to the room change there's gotta to be a better way. We weren't gonna use any facilities or undo any of the housekeeping or anything like that and we requested that we be supervised but they couldn't accommodate even that and we were two females traveling and they already had our drivers license. Nothing that is going to happen.
Likewise, you can tell the mattresses are very worn. The mattresses need flipped. mine was concaved and it had no give.
