Excellente in Buenos Aires

The highlight of my stay at this nice hotel was my interaction with the English speaking front desk staff. Specifically, Gabriel and Isis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Volunteering helpful information knowing I was a tourist was very much appreciated. There was a third staffer that was just as helpful but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. This is located in more of a residential neighborhood/barrio although there are plenty of restaurants and stores to shop in for necessities, snacks and beverages. It’s walking distance to the horse race track and I enjoyed going and watching the ponies. There is a restaurant right next to the lobby that I don’t believe is affiliated with the actual hotel but they have their own entry exit door from the inside. It’s a modern decor restaurant that was super clean and very nice staff. The inside of my hotel room was nicely decorated and modern with a kitchen, including cooking pan and dishes and silverware for two. A decent medium-size refrigerator as well. The only two shortcomings I found were no paper towels in the kitchen and only toilet tissue in the bathroom, no hand tissues. There’s a nice but small rooftop terrace where the pool and hot tub are located and easy access from the 10th floor elevator stop. If I ever return to the Palermo neighborhood I will definitely stay here without even looking at other hotels. Also, the House Exchange Palermo two blocks away, gave current exchange rates for foreign currency.

Everything was clean and the room was incredible. Receptionist gave good restaurant recommendations. The only downside is that the large windows don't seem to have good sound insulation, but thankfully the street was mostly quiet.

Five Stars – A Perfect Stay at Casa Joseph Casa Joseph was the perfect landing spot for our first nights in Buenos Aires. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was stylish, clean, and incredibly cozy — a perfect mix of modern design and local charm. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. We also loved the rooftop terrace — a quiet retreat in the middle of a vibrant city. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Casa Joseph is in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood full of great restaurants, cafés, and local culture. We truly felt like we were in the heart of Buenos Aires. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Es un hotel pequeño que por fuera se ve sencillo pero sus fascilidades y sus empleados son excelentes. Con La comunicación son excelentes ataravea del what’s app. Nos recibieron antes del check inn; salimos a desayunar a un lugarcito pequeño q nos recomendaron y cuando regresamos ya nuestro equipaje estaba en la habitación. Muy limpio y cómodo. El staff súper agradable y diligentes. Volvería a quedarme ahí.

I just had a fantastic time at Casa Joseph. The vibe was super welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff really made me feel at home. My room was spacious and stylish, with awesome views of the city and a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! I loved hanging out by the rooftop pool; it was the perfect spot to chill and catch some sun.

Check-in was a breeze. Such a wonderful reception! Gabriel is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. He accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in. I had a great stay at Casa Joseph. The place was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The only thing that would qualify as a negative was that there was a lot of street noise during the early evening, but by bedtime it settled down. Check out Cafe Pina across the street for a quick coffee, too. I’ll be staying at Casa Joseph my next time in Buenos Aires.

Overall in terms of value I can easily consider it one of the best places I have ever stayed at in the world. Coming from Rio de Janeiro within the same trip, I stayed in a place which has almost a 5 star rating, in the best neighborhood of Rio with hundreds of reviews and it still didn't even come close to this place. So much so that I can't review the other place based on how great this place was. I can't put them on the same level. It's locacated in a safe neighborhood, connected to a very busy Italian restaurant were you can get a nice cup of coffee in the morning. There are many grocery stores near by where you can either buy groceries to cook in your room or wine and drink to store in the fridge. It's also located near many restaurants, coffee shops and not to mention it's only a 5-7 min walk to a Michelin star restaurant that's considered the best steak houses in the world. It's not that far of a walk to 3 de Febrero park which was a beautiful park and considered the nicest parks in Buenos Aires. Walking along the park will connect you to some of Buenos Aires top attractions. There is also a nice outdoor mall nearby with an ATM if needed. For the room, it's spacious, the bed is comfy, nice spacious bathroom, balcony, kitchen, decent lighting and it's clean. Definitely recommend.
