With capacity for 4 people, it has individual beds that can be converted into a double bed and 2 sofa beds. It also has a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.



The Neighborhood:

Belgrano is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is known for its wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful parks and gardens, and for its historic buildings of French and colonial architecture. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as museums and art galleries, such as the Enrique Larreta Museum of Spanish Art and the Sarmiento Museum.
