Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



You can also use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app, you'll find your check-in instructions and access codes one hour before your regular check-in time.

Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.

In addition, Palermo Chico is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.

Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:

Our guests can request an early check-in or late check-out for an additional half-day, with check-in at 10:00 AM or check-out at 4:00 PM (subject to availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM or stay past 4:00 PM, you must add a full day to your stay (subject to availability). We can also store your luggage for a few hours if you do not wish to pay an additional fee or if availability is unavailable.
