Augustin on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He really made us welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not many utensils for cooking but we managed. Nice safe area and a short walk to the beautiful parks. Would definitely return

The unit I was given was terrible and i cannot understand where the good reviews on Expedia come from. I was given a room on the first floor: there is food smell in the corridor; humidity smell in the room… lots of noise from the street ; the walls are all run down I don’t have the energy to check out into another hotel by or else I would For an Expedia VIP customer this is the worst room I have been given in years

Entendemos que las fotos estén de la apertura del alojamiento y que existe una depreciación natural del uso y del tiempo. Sin embargo, las toallas y las sábanas estaban sucias, con manchas de uso y no haber sido lavadas, con mal olor y llenas de pelos. Una experiencia muy desagradable para el coste por noche del alojamiento.
