Hotel very conveniently located, just block from 9Th July and walking distance fro obelisk. Room is great and very spacious!. This is apartment style hotel. Stufs is great, breakfast also. During the night if you have window facing on the street it can be bit noisy, since Buenos never sleeps. Also during night no night stuff on duty. But room quality, cleanness and price was great, Happy, Recommended !

Overnight Stay @ Tres

The staff were lovely, this company was easy to communicate with and went out of there way to assist us with transfers. Although the room was clean with nice crisp sheets, there was no hot water and the room next door was having a loud gathering which finished late into the night. Overall it was a good stay.

Buenos Aires bargain

Lovely apartment in Buenos Aires. It had kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bath. Free breakfast. This would be great for longer stays, and some residents stay months, we were told. Location is not the best, but it is only a block from the main street. Easy to get cabs there. Staff were nice and helpful to us. Very comfortable stay.

Reserve un apartamento en Buenos Aires a través de esta pagina, y cuando nos presentamos en el mismo nos dijeron que ellos no tenían constancia de dicha reserva (ORBITZ nos comunico que la reserva estaba confirmada) y que no trabajaban con ellos, nos quedamos en la misma calle (veníamos de Madrid) ya que ese fin de semana en Buenos Aires había numerosos eventos y estaba todo completo. Gracias a un señor conserje de la casa de apartamentos y tras muchas vicisitudes conseguimos acomodarnos como pudimos y no en muy buenas condiciones, una experiencia muy desagradable. NOTA: Además fue imposible contactar con Orbitz.

Ich konnte nie dieses Zimmer übernehmen zwei nette Herren versuchten es für mich die wohnen auch im Haus die Telephon Nummer für Fragen auch dort konnte niemand erreicht werden Ich war gezwungen in ein Hotel zu gehen da es schwierig war etwas zu finden ins Libertad was einer anderen Preiskatogorie entspricht. Und übrigens auf ihrer wird diese Unterkunft als Hotel angeboten für mich ist das airbnb ich bin sehr Entäuscht von ihrer Firma

Para quem quer ficar em apartamento!

Experiência interessante, mas para quem deseja compartilhar da vida de um prédio de moradores a quem você não vê porque está lá fora passeando! O custo x benefício é anulado pela falta de café da manhã, de limpeza diária e troca de toalhas.

Ótima localização

Adoramos a localização e o atendimento, principalmente do David muito simpático e atencioso. Na realidade não é um hotel e sim apartamento para alugar. Não tem café da manhã e o serviço de limpeza não está incluído. Como ficamos pouco tempo não foi de todo ruim mas eu não classificaria como hotel. Não tem portaria 24 horas então tem que tomar o cuidado de agendar a hora da chegada com eles. No nosso caso tudo correu bem e não tivemos problemas para chegar e sair do apartamento.

Hotel super bem localizado; perto de tudo. Mas, precisando de manutenção. Senti falta de uma recepção, pelo menos em horário comercial. Só tínhamos um telefone celular de um dos responsáveis pelo hotel, e nos comunicávamos por whatsApp.

ce loft pourrait être agréable s'il était entièrement rénové et si les conditions d'hygiène élémentaires, en premier lieu, en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner : l'état de la cuisine où il se prépare est innommable et nous a fait fuir, ma fille et moi ; en second lieu en ce qui concerne la salle de bains et la cuisine de l'appartement lui-même. Le lit de camp(!) pour la troisième personne est nul,chaises et fauteuils sont usés jusqu'à la corde!J'ai pris des photos témoins très convaincantes; il faudrait pouvoir obtenir une inspection sanitaire. A déconseiller absolument.
