Welcome to our beautiful river front cottage! Nestled along the scenic Niagara River and located directly across the Niawanda Park and bike path in the City of Tonawanda. This cute cottage was designed for you and your family to unwind. It is centrally located next to ice cream parlors, restaurants with live music during the warm season. Fire works is right in front of the house during the 4th of July!

The entire cottage is newly remolded. Three bedrooms, a third floor attic, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a finished basement with kids entertainment are designed to accommodates family up to 12 guests.

Niagara Falls State Park is only 10-15 minutes a way!
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center. Laundry facilities are available. The cottage offers 2.5 bathrooms and a washing machine.

Lovely home and great location

Our family had a nice stay. Plenty of room for all to gather and spend quality time together. Lovely home, clean and comfortable. Great location!
