We had a great experience at the hotel. We loved the pool so much! Breakfast could not have been better. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking helped make this a really stress-free stay over. We will definitely come back!

We were in town for a funeral and checked in very late after a cross-country trip. Upon checking in, the toilet had urine in it, and to me, this signaled that the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest or one of the staff had used the toilet. Either way, we were uncomfortable with that, coupled with the room's condition. I spoke with the manager in the morning, and she was very kind and helpful.

The room was just okay, needs some updates…paint, etc…. but not bad for the price… When we checked in, the girl didn’t say anything to us about the hotel. Where the elevators were, info about the pool, breakfast, nothing. Just here are your keys, you’re on the 2nd floor. That was it. Thought that was kind of rude and uninformative.

The first room we had smelt of cigarettes horribly. We went and got a second room and that room had moldy curtains. The overall upkeep and cleanliness is so horrible. We were actually told the mold on the curtains was just from the “rain from the windows”. Unacceptable and wouldn’t recommend to anyone with allergies or anyone really.
