Close to events. Was not informed about the tram rides. Valet parking was a disaster on check out day. We were booked in a regular room but were put in a handicap accessible room . No counter space , no tub . No blankets on the beds only sheets in 4 degree weather ?!Room was dirty. Curtain was ripped , garbage under the bed . Used cigarettes under the bed along with earrings . Reported to desk in the evening and the desk attendant was very helpful. It looked fancy but it was very disappointing .

Needs some TLC

Very good location in downtown Buffalo. The staff were very friendly and the lobby is welcoming. Bar and restaurant were good. Swimming pool has a great view but isnt heated and was unbearably cold My room was very dated with few amenities and really needed renovating.
