Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Les critères et services sont erronés. Prétendu Wifi haut débit pour 6 appareils ,en réalité wifi nul, prétendue insonorisation en réalité nulle ,prétendu sèche cheveux ,en réalité inexistant. Accès impossible en voiture seulement en Tuc Tuc . Personne à la réception à l'arrivée. L'après midi et le soir musique forte au restaurant jusqu'à 10h du soir et chahut jusqu'à Minuit dans les couloirs.par des clients du restaurant et non de l'hôtel. Propreté des draps et du lit ok Salle de bain ok Pour le reste propreté aléatoire,sols sales,murs sales. Service restauration laisse à désirer. Incapables de prendre une commande correctement. On commande des oeufs on nous apporte du riz,on commande 2 lemon soda sweet,on nous nous les apporte salé,on demande zéro spicy on n'en tient pas compte. Pour le petit déjeuner 1h montre en main pour 1 thè 2 toasts et 2 oeufs.....Je ne sais pas d'où ils sortent la note de 9 ....
