Great house in a quiet street.
Walk to the shops or the beach (including the dog beach) in a matter of minutes. There is no need to take the car when you go out for dinner.

The house is located in a quiet street literally 1 minute away from the town centre of Dunsborough. 1 minutes walk to the Bungalow and Blue Manna and 5 mins walk to the beach.

You can walk into town in the morning and either have a full cooked breakfast at one of the cafés, or alternatively, grab some fresh bread and coffee from the bakery and sit under the peppermint trees and watch the birds in the huge back garden.

The house has a huge master bedroom upstairs with a walk in robe and en suite and a sofa and TV.

It is an ideal getaway any time of the year, having either split system air conditioning or ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and a split system air con in the main living area and master bedroom.

There is no need to take your car out if you want to go to dinner, all the town centre restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

There are bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom on the ground floor so the house is also ideal for elderly guests who don't wish to use the stairs.
