Located in the quiet area of Geographe, 1 street from the beautiful Geographe Bay beach, 1 street from the local shops - this new build, architecturally designed 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with polished concrete floors throughout, has everything you need for you, your family and friends.

The property has a separate and secluded master suite with Queen bed and large ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a 4th bedroom with a triple bunk located at the rear of the house away from the master suite and the family bathroom has a separate bath and shower

The open plan kitchen, living and dining is large enough for everyone to enjoy, as well as a well appointed kitchen with stone benches, chefs cooker and dishwasher. Off from the kitchen is the butlers pantry with the laundry that has both a washer and dryer. For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

Tranquil Retreat has the addition of a separate theatre room as well as a study with desk space and free fast speed WiFi.

Outside area has kids play area as well as furniture which is directly off from the main living area of the house.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
