Such a wonderful stay! All the staff were very welcoming, polite & helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an air conditioner that worked well. The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines. Thank you for such a great experience!

Room is good, staff were very nice. Water pressure is very low. The coffee is good but you can not enjoy it coz the resto/cafe has no exhaust so the whole place smell food. The bathroom smells sewage.

The property was great, very friendly and attentive staff and the food from the cafe was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cabanatuan, it’s a quiet area that’s also very close to all the hustle and bustle of the city.

The rooms could use a bedside lamp or lamps as the only form of lighting was the main ceiling light. The washrooms in both rooms smelled of sewage. It was so unbearable we had to close the bathroom door to sleep. In the 2nd floor room, there was water backing up into the shower from the drain also contributing to the strong smell of sewage. The air conditioning was ice cold and the staff was friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable it worth price!

Hello, i have booked this trip for my friends to stay . I was there when checked in. The staff are helpful. Room is clean, with stuff that you need during your stay. The air conditioning is perfectly working! The worth of stay per night is amazingly cheap for 3 person to share. The are is loaded of fast food to try. Overall, it was a comfortable room to stay. I have recommended this place to my family.

1. There was a leak in the exhaust that falls to the toilet bowl. A staff checked it but not repaired. Still leaking on my check out day. I reminded the staff in the counter before I left. 2. No housekeeper checking on the room for toilet supplies. I literal asked to replace toilet paper/tissue and towels. However, aside from these two comments, overall stay is 4 stars.Quiet area (although I suggest not to use the ground floor rooms, kind of hearing noise when the guests open/close the glass door and taking. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. we also loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
