Guest Access
Guests have full access to the private villa and a golf cart, making transportation to the beach and around Pedregal easy and convenient (the golf cart cannot leave the Pedregal community).

Pedregal also offers tennis courts and a basketball court so you can enjoy all the community amenities.

Other Things to Note
IMPORTANT: Due to new Pedregal regulations, all outside vendors hired by guests must provide valid car insurance and a current driver’s license. Vendors without these documents will be denied access. Please ensure these requirements are met with any providers hired outside of SELA Concierge services.

Daily Housekeeping Service
The housekeeping service included with your stay at Villa Arena is provided daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM throughout your stay and includes:
• Floor cleaning
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Cleaning of common areas
• Towel replacement when necessary
• Bed making

The Pool
• Maximum temperature: 90°F
• Heated for up to 8 continuous hours (please coordinate your preferred schedule with our Concierge)

The Jacuzzi
• Maximum temperature: 104°F
• Operates for up to 2 continuous hours before needing to be manually restarted (please coordinate your preferred schedule with our Concierge)

*Please note that housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or Mexican public holidays.
*Some clothing items may be washed as long as they are not delicate, specialty, or fragile fabrics (at the guest’s own risk and acceptance).
*Ask the Concierge about the appropriate gratuity for housekeeping staff.
*This housekeeping service is intended for maintenance cleaning during your stay and does not include the deep cleaning performed after check-out.
