The Space:

Casa Ensueño is a beautifully designed home which has everything you need to feel at ease and comfortable. You will love the open-concept living room with natural sunlight coming in through sliding doors, as well as the outdoor terrace for dining or relaxing. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like: oven, dishwasher, and electric stovetop that are perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes!



On the first floor, you will find all of the essentials for your stay: a guest bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom. On the second level is the spacious master bedroom that includes king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV in both bedrooms as well as a separate entertainment room perfect for movie nights! We also provide high speed wireless internet access throughout so you can keep up on business back home while enjoying your vacation or just getting away from it all.



We want you to feel like home. For that reason, Casa Ensueño is outfitted with all the comforts of home! There are linens and beach towels for daydreaming on the terrace or sunbathing at Medano Beach just 5 min walking. Complimentary toiletries in case you forgot anything important back at home; trash bags so that when it's time to head out again there will be nothing left behind but memories. You'll also find toilet paper, as well as an iron/board for wrinkle-free clothing before heading off into town--and a washer/dryer inside if clothes get too messy.

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimize any disturbance



Getting Around:

Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away to Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day.



Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.



Other Things to Note:

****** December 2025 - Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave. Lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply. Please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
