You will have full private access to our entire two bedroom condominium, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. As our guest, you are also invited to enjoy the premium community amenities located just a short walk from the building. These shared facilities include a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez, a modern fitness center, and a relaxing fire pit area. Detailed instructions for accessing the clubhouse and the complimentary wireless internet credentials will be provided upon your arrival.

Located at the end of Via La Paloma, our property is nestled within the exclusive Cabo Costa community, just past the charming Casa Mexicana neighborhood. You will find yourself in the Arena building, the very first structure you encounter upon entering the gates. Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that while our building is complete, the surrounding development is still under construction. You may experience noise between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Regarding our sound system, the Sonos speaker is connected via WiFi and does not support Bluetooth. To use it, ensure your device is on the same WiFi network. You can use the Sonos app, AirPlay for Apple devices by selecting the speaker in your control center, or the Spotify app by selecting the speaker under Devices Available. Please do not unplug the speaker to ensure constant connectivity.
