The Space:

Casa Kavita by Ronival, is a brand new 3-bedroom penthouse in Mistiq, where the stunning design catches your eye the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms right at the entrance, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a big bed and a desk, great for anyone who needs to work a bit during their stay. Right across, there’s a room with bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, also with its own bathroom, making it a cozy spot for kids or friends.



The heart of the penthouse is the bright and welcoming living room that opens up to a big terrace. Here, you'll be treated to amazing views of the ocean. Next to the living room, the main bedroom offers a peaceful escape, complete with a bathroom, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. This room has its own door to the balcony, so you can wake up and step right out to enjoy the view.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. But the real highlight is upstairs on the private rooftop. It’s huge, with a table for meals, plenty of shade, a BBQ grill, and a comfy seating area with chairs for lying back and looking at the stars. Plus, there’s a private hot tub facing the ocean, setting the scene for some truly special moments.

The Neighborhood:

Mistiq is a brand-new, exclusive, secured, gated development with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area, just a 5-minute drive from grocery stores including Fresko and Costco. The development is a 10-minute drive from the famous Medano Beach and downtown, far enough from the noise and activity of downtown to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy its amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the gym from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Getting Around:

Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Uber & Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo.

We want to inform you that there is currently construction work taking place nearby. This may result in some noise during the day. The work is generally carried out between 8:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.



We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.

Non-refundable $150 USD pet fee applies. 

Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Please note that remodeling work is currently taking place on the rooftop of a neighboring unit. Some construction noise may be heard during authorized working hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM

The project is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

Please note, that the private jacuzzi is situated at the edge of the rooftop, featuring an infinity side without protective barriers. For the safety and well-being of all guests, particularly children, it is imperative that adults provide strict supervision at all times when the jacuzzi is in use. We prioritize your safety and kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a secure environment for everyone during your stay.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



Interaction with Guests:

We'll meet you upon arrival to show you around the house and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, we'll be reachable for any concierge services, maintenance issues, or emergencies via phone (SMS or calls) and email.
