The Space:

This three-bedroom beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps eight and sits steps from Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas. The wrap-around patio with ocean views from nearly every room is the reason guests return — imagine morning coffee watching the waves, then sunset cocktails from your lounger before firing up the private gas grill.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Three bedrooms, three private bathrooms, and space to spread out. The first bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and patio access with ocean views. The second bedroom also features a king bed with the same cooling options and direct patio access. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, ideal for kids or friends sharing, plus its own ensuite and patio access. Room-darkening curtains in every bedroom mean you can sleep in as late as you like.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-concept living area is filled with vibrant Mexican décor and artwork, and flows straight onto the patio through floor-to-ceiling glass doors so you're never far from that ocean breeze. Sink into the sofas for a movie night on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for a meal. The full kitchen has everything you need — dishwasher for easy cleanup, blender for margaritas, coffee maker for early risers, and a stove and oven when you'd rather cook than go out. There's a second dining table on the patio if you prefer to eat outside.



Outdoor Amenities

The wrap-around patio connects every bedroom and the living room, giving you sun loungers, cushioned seating, and a gas BBQ for grilling fresh catch from the marina. Two resort pools — including an oceanfront option with loungers and umbrellas — are open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, and there's a shared gym on-site to keep up your routine.



Good To Know

A dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair makes remote work easy, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. The condo is a five-minute walk to the marina, where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and Cabo's famous nightlife, and less than ten minutes on foot to downtown.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access with other guests to the complex's common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required

You’ll stop at the lobby to get checked in. Guests must send flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of time please.
