This is a hotel/ resort for families, there are no changing tables in any of the restrooms. Also no elevator to be able to take my baby's stroller around. The food is incredibly salty. The food options are very limited. It’s literally the same options every single day. WiFi they attempted to fix the connection but the connection was intermittent and it sucked the entire 7 days. There was a day where they printed the menu out to give to us so that we can view the menu to be able to order room service. The best thing about this place, the staff. They were so pleasant and accommodating during the entire trip.

I can’t say enough good things about his hotel. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Truly a 5 star experience when it comes to customer service, dining, the rooms, cleanliness, the activities!
