This restyled villa, which is detached and located on the water, can be found at the Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park. It is just 400 m away from the beach of the North Sea and a mere 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.

The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV with streaming function and an open-plan kitchen featuring, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. A washing machine in the storage room completes the facilities.

Through the patio doors, you reach the enclosed garden on the water with a covered terrace with a heater and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.
