The space
Cozy & Modern 2-Bedroom Apartment with Full Amenities
Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped apartment!
This apartment features two bedrooms: one with a large bed and another with two single beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The living area includes a cozy sofa and a 55-inch TV, providing a great space to relax.
The dining area has a table with four chairs, ideal for enjoying meals together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, kettle, and all the necessary cookware, including plates, trays, and pots for preparing meals.
For added convenience, there are two bathrooms—one of which includes a bathtub for a relaxing bath.

For your convenience, the apartment has a small lockbox with a secure code that contains the key. We will provide you with the access code upon arrival.
Other things to note
• Mixed-gender groups are not allowed except for proven siblings and relatives.
• Mixed visits are not allowed as the building is family oriented.
( You are allowed to rent more than one apartment if you are not married and meet only in the shared area of the Garden across the street).
