The main level and upper level of this home is for guests.
The basement is rented separately to tenants who have their own private entrance.
The garage is locked out for owner storage.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement and are shared with the basement tenants.

**There are tenants in the basement. The bathroom on the main level and laundry are shared spaces/amenities.
**Please note that the bathroom on the main level must be accessed through the basement door. The basement tenants have access to the bathroom but they do not use it.
**You have the full control to the basement door and it must be locked at all times when not in use.

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $50 FEE.

**Noise Policy: Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, including during the day, as someone lives in the basement.
**We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.**
**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!
