It was very good. We loved it. BUT we did not appreciate having to pay $20.00 for parking. That was insulting. We stayed at 3 other hotels before Calgary and were not required to pay to park our car.

Everything was great and the overall rating would have been an Excellent if not for one of the two elevators being out of service for three of the days we stayed at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Calgary.

Overpriced and under-serviced

Disappointed that parking in a non downtown area was $20 per night and the one working elevator was so slow that it became continually congested. For the price I won't be back. The hotels in the University hotels village are normally at better price point with free parking and a breakfast service included.
