Check-in was a nightmare. Despite having both names from the reservation the desk clerk said we only had one room and blamed Expedia but then magically had both rooms without involving Expedia. The two room types we had were not what was reserved. The pull out sheets were dirty. The pool was frigid cold and the hot tub lukewarm with no jets. The waterslide was closed for maintenance. We were told there were towels there repeatedly by the same front staff but there were never any. The day staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. The breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel was excellent.

1. I visited in May, and the water in the pool was cold—just like tap water. 2. The blanket is very dirty, with some blood stains on it. The towels are also dirty, with black stains.
