Our room mattress was in horrible state. Super soft completely worn out. I was going to complain to have it changed while there but I didnt. The pool water and hottub water was not very clean. Poor maintenance. The stupid mushroom wouldnt shut off made the noise at the pool unbearable. Should have a timer switch. Ironically the nasty hot tub had a timer switch which it didn't need and the mushroom didnt. The kids said the slide was good but the rough pool floor bottom gave them both brutal blisters. Hopefully the clean the pool before you come but water shoes not a bad idea.

We booked this hotel because of the waterpark. Unfortunately upon checking in, we were told that due to unforseen circumstances, the pool was closed for the day. It would re-open the next day at 7am, which it did. Although this was disheartening, the front desk person checking us in let us know that all guests were able to use the hotel across the street's pool. This was fantastic customer service and we really appreciated that they were able to offer that to all their guests.

We stayed at Deerfoot because it was so convenient for us. We like to play the slots. We can go up to our room anytime we want to. The staffs were kind and friendly. The pool was great because the water was warm. Unlike other pool, they're so cold. We would definitely come back

First nine of the vending machines worked to grab our kids snack or drinks went to front desk they just said sorry they must not be working then had to go to lounge to buy drinks for kids carry then up. Second there was hammering on floor avoid e us that started at 7am so woke everyone up. To me you pay that kinda money for hotel and u can’t sleep past 7:00am while on vacation is not okay front desk took 50 off room

Great for families!

We loved the waterpark hours! The slide and other pool areas were amazing. The the waterpark being open till 12am there was much opportunity for fun even when out exploring the city. Kids loved it. The room was spacious with soft carpeting. Sound proofing between rooms was fantastic. Despite being on what appeared to be a busy floor, it was quiet and peaceful. The A/C was great, had a newer digital control panel and was quiet. We will definitely stay again.

Deerfoot Casino and Hotel

This was a wonderful place to stay with kids. It has a wonderful pool space . There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in sight. Great place for xouples. Clise to shopping centers. There are only 2 handicap stalls dor the hotel portion which I felt was not enough they were always ful. There are 5 stalls for electric vechiles. Front staff are very curious, freindly and very helpful.
