Step into Sugar Bowl history in this beloved 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath snowbound home, set in the heart of the Village. Full of character and warmth, this property sleeps up to 16 guests and is within walking distance of the Village Lodge, Disney Chair, Judah Lodge, and Village Hall.

The layout offers flexibility for families and groups. The first floor features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a laundry room. The second floor includes two king main bedrooms, a modern kitchen with double ovens, a dining and living area with a fireplace and large glass windows, a half bath, and a spacious front deck, giving everyone room to spread out.

All of our properties are located at the base of the mountain. During the winter months they are ski-in, ski-out homes with a classic European touch. Park in our convenient underground parking garage, have your luggage, skis, and boards loaded aboard a personal gondola and glide towards your classic alpine experience.

During the summer enjoy scenic hikes, fishing in our private Lake Mary, mountain biking, or book a tee time at one of the six golf courses located just 10-20 minutes away! Please come and stay in this three stores town home located at walking distance to Mt. Disney and our lodge. 

After a big day in the mountain, rest your tired muscles in a hot tab, have a sauna or book a massage at our luxurious Sport House located steps away from your home. At night enjoy dinner in Yarrow at our lodge's restaurant or a cocktail at our Belt Room bar.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

HOMES

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to the arrival dates, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to the following dates:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays - December 18 2025 to January 2nd 2026
**MLK Weekend - Friday January 15th 2026 to Sunday January 17th 2026
**President's Weekend - Friday February 12th 2026 to Sunday February 14th 2026
**Ski Week and Weekend - Monday February 15th 2026 to Saturday February 20th 2026

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, SHORTENING OF STAYS OR NO SHOWS. ALSO, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ROAD CONDITIONS OR WEATHER.

Cancellations within our cancellation period due to but not limited to weather, road closures, flight cancellations or health / medical reasons may not result in a refund. To allow our guests to travel with peace of mind we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
