Overall not a bad place to come back to sleep. However, was a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the premium room we stayed at. The carpet was not vacuumed properly, there were chocolate crumbs on the table. No cups for the coffee machine either. Aside from that staff was really nice

Our stay was only for 1 night thank goodness.
We had permission to check in early because our room was ready. First of all, there were no pillow cases or towels. We were told that they hadn't done laundry yet after 3 pm???.Then I found a small black bug on one of the beds. I called front desk and they changed our room. Our new room still had no pillow cases or towels. I had to ask for them eventually.. When I showered in the morning I noticed that there were red stains inside the shower curtains. Blood? Juice? Wine? I have no idea. I tied the garbage before we checked out any under the plastic bag it was disgusting. I mentioned to front desk as we were leaving and each thing I mentioned was received with yes we dealt with that. Ending with we will keep this in mind. It's no good in your mind. It should be in your actions. I was not satisfied with their responses. I had already told them that I would never stay there again. Also, speaking with a random guest he had the same opinion. We went down to the adjoining restaurant twice last night. There was no host. No greeter. But there were several people in the dining area. I ended up walking for fast food. Not a good experience. Not recommended .
The hotels elevator has not been working for the past 2 days. We are on the 3rd floor. It is very hard to use stairs.
I'm carrying up and down my 50 pounds luggage bag.
I am 62 years old.
It's absolutely unfair. The person on the front desk he is very rude. I told him we are staying for 2 nights. Please send large towels for shower, also there is waste basket in restrooms. They did NOT send it. I am unhappy.
I told him that if the stairs were not working, they should have informed the guest prior to checking in. But he did not said anything.
Also, there is a Banquet hall / Restaurant. (Entrance is from the inside the hotel) There was some kind of event there on Saturday night. The music was so laoud, that we could not sleep.
I will NOT recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind and nice! As I got to the hotel they let me know right away that their elevator was not working and that my room was on the 6th floor.. I could tell how genuinely worried the staff was about telling me, but I reassured them it was totally okay and it’s not the end of the world. Although the walk up 6 flights of stairs was unfortunate, the friendliness of the staff was great and service was quick! The room was ok.. shower flow was not that strong, and I did have to ask for extra towels. Rooms are ok.. I think the building is just out dated a bit. Overall me and my partner felt safe and it was very quiet
It was worst hotel I ever stayed . Tv was too old . Elevators not working have to take stairs to reach at 6th floor .air conditioning was too poor .was not worth able
Dirty, did not look new like pictures. Bath tub was orange, bed and pillows the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and elevator was out of order had to go up 5 flights of stairs
Thr place was clean and well maintained. But when you are living in the area you are far away form everything. Plus it has a desi restaursnt at the ground floor. If there is function there then the stay can be noisy. overall a nice place.
Room was dirty no towels or towel paper. Elevator is out of order. Would not stay there again.

They didn't provide towels and toiletries enough for two people. They don't even have complimentary water bottle in the room. Washroom was dirty. And the AC is not working properly
The room was large and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were terrible and they had used double-bed-sized sheets on a King bed.
There were only two large towels in the room and no small towels or washcloths. They did bring some when we called down.
We had booked for 3 nights. The room was never made up, dirty towels were never removed, etc. Once one of the 2 garbage cans was emptied. We made our own bed every day.
There was a coffee maker in the room with enough coffee for 2 cups. This too was never replenished.

it’s hard to beat how much money
you can save
I booked this hotel because they told me it was accessible, and the room was very nice. On the night eyes checked in I asked them for a stool in the shower because I can’t stand up very long. I asked them again in the morning. I asked them again in the evening. And each time they said they would find something and give it to me. But they separate second night. I got quite angry because they hadn’t done anything. After five days, they finally provided me a stool for the shower. It’s OK if a hotel says they can’t provide a stool. But then they shouldn’t say they would get one. It’s miscommunication, but they should be honest and truthful.
