Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities such as air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a relaxing sauna. Building amenities include a lounge area. The apartment is located in a building with an elevator. Guests can also enjoy the exterior space.

However, you'll find convenient options nearby, including CPA Lot 74 at 656 Confluence Way SE, street parking, and paid parkades. You can enjoy free parking every day from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as well as all day on Sundays and holidays. The Stampede/Saddledome is a quick 6-minute drive. For exploring the city, consider the C-Train, with the nearest station a short distance away, offering a convenient way to reach downtown and other attractions.

Hey there! Just a heads-up about the Smart TV – you'll need to use your own account info to stream on apps like Netflix. And about parking, unfortunately, we don't have any on-site. But don't worry!
