Although it is conveniently located to downtown, the rooms are just average. When we arrived, our bathroom sink was totally clogged...something the housekeeping staff should have noticed when cleaning the room. There is a park 1 block away that attracts a lot of homeless. We walked by it to downtown without an incident, but I would not walk there at night alone. Otherwise, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Staff are very helpful and nice. Room is so nice, we loved it. Hotel is accessible to tourist spots. Lastly, food is really good, lots of options especially for the kids.
