The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A 30 m² kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and its dining area
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 40 m² master bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200), walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2 (20 m²): with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a walk-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 3 (20 m²): with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4 (20 m²): with 1 single bed
- A bathroom with a bath and double washbasins
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
