The fully equipped kitchen area includes a high table with three chairs, an induction hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, and cookware and tableware for two.

Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/set per person/one week: €5.
- End of stay cleaning for T1 Bis: €44.
