• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted
• This property does not have a dock or direct water access; however, lake amenities are available within Old Kinderhook
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate

• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available; however, we suggest booking in advance. The property is easily accessible via state highways and paved roads. Fairway Retreat is approximately 3 hours from St. Louis or Kansas City, and about a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas. The nearest international airport is in Kansas City, while regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
