On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a spacious and bright living room that opens directly onto the garden, as well as a separate living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and television with access to the veranda. A dedicated living and dining room with a dining table completes the communal living spaces on this level. The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed, both enjoying direct access to the swimming pool. A generously sized kitchen and living room is also located on this floor, fully equipped for comfortable stays. 3 shower rooms, each with bidet and WC, serve the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms: 2 rooms each appointed with 1 double bed, and 1 room featuring 1 double bed alongside a private bathroom complete with bath, bidet, WC, and a hydromassage bath.
