This was not only a beautiful, clean and newer property the staff was excellent. So attentive and helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve noticed everyone at a hotel was consistently great. This is a reflection of the staff and all their managers. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely stunning resort, everything was top notch. Beds are comfy, nice and quiet. Gorgeous finishings and the restaurant was delicious. It would be nice if hotel guests got priority at Velocity for golf. We also would like to see the hot tub and pool open until 11pm.

Our son is an avid golfer so we surprised him with a stay at Naturally Pacific and he had the most amazing time! As did we because we used all of the facilities offered. Played a round of golf on the great course, spent many hours at the manicured chipping/putting area (I sat under the cover area reading a book while my kids did this), enjoyed an evening of food and range at the velocity lounge on site and swam in the pool/had a sauna in the evenings. The hotel is modern, clean and our one bedroom "suite" was VERY spacious including 2 bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman team. The ladies at the Velocity lounge were a delight. Checking in and out was no problem for us at all. We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at this resort and it was much better than the first time. The beds are so comfortable. They were very accommodating with requests for extra blankets and wine glasses. The room service was great. The staff in the carve restaurant and bar were amazing. The fire pits outside were wonderful. The bartender Jim in carve is an absolute consummate professional and makes the best cocktails ever. The breakfast in carve is also amazing. It is fun to hop across to velocity and have some drinks and hit some balls if you like. overall, it was a very positive experience. Just make sure to request to not be on the dog and pet friendly floors if you have allergies. We will be back! Thanks so much to everybody who contributed to our positive experience.

The staff are 2nd to none, except housekeeping. We had the maid service needed hung on the door knobb but they blew past our room but not a big deal. The rest of the staff were top notch particularly the Wait staff. No other hotel can match that service in BC. The hotel itself, I assumed iwould be tucked into nature more. Instead it had more of a city vibe. Last but not least, Chris, the manager of the hotel was very helpful, professional and kind. Thank you 😊

Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful views of Discovery Passage from the front rooms. Rooms were huge, more than enough space for a family of 3. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Only slight criticism was the random per night charge for the child’s bed which we assumed would be included given we booked for the family but that was resolved swiftly. Ample parking. Probably a little far to be considered walking distance in to Campbell River but still a great location.

Great place to stay

I am a mattress princess. I can’t handle hard beds, so in reviews, I am looking mostly at the bed situation. I’m a boney side sleeper and this place had the best bed on our trip! Great pillows that don’t deflate the moment your put your head on them. Everything was clean and we loved the amenities! Ate at Cut and that was one of the low points of the stay, service took forever, it may be because there weren’t enough wait staff, our server seemed quite stressed. This is an issue in tourism where I live as well, so I don’t blame the servers, ours worked his butt off but it took impossibly long to get our meals. The only other negative is that if you have a heavy footed person above you, you’ll hear it clearly. We had young kids who ran incessantly. Thankfully they slept at night, but were up at it at 7am. If you’re a heavy sleeper, not a problem. Overall, we loved our stay and will absolutely return, just maybe not to the restaurant.

The staff were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel was clean overall and room was spacious. We loved the amenities including the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fire pits.

We loved the newness of the resort, the room was quiet and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, but we were disappointed to not have a bathtub as we specifically booked a room that said it had a shower/bathtub combo. I called the front desk about it and they said there was nothing they could do as all their rooms with bathtubs were taken and she ‘might call me back later,’ which I thought meant they might offer us something like a discount at one of their restaurants or something to show they cared that we were disappointed. But she didn’t call back and that was that. So we were a bit disappointed as we felt misled by the booking. We did enjoy the outdoor amenities, such as the giant chess board, and the lounge chairs outside from the pool. We enjoyed sharing some appies at the Velocity Lounge but would love to see more vegetarian options at the main restaurant. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to those looking for a quiet place to stay in Campbell River.
