We just had our first stay at this property - overall we were quite pleased with the stay. The resort is very new and super clean. When we booked this resort on Expedia, we specifically asked for a non-pet room. When we checked in the agent asked us if we were registering a pet and we said absolutely not. When we came up to the room, we immediately saw there was a giant dog bed with two dog food bowls at the end of our bed. We had to phone and ask for them to be removed. This morning we tried to sleep in and woke up to barking dogs and are thinking perhaps we were put on a dog floor? We then try to go back to sleep and heard lots of knocking and somebody announcing that they were housekeeping. There was then a lot of door slamming. The pool is lovely. There is also a sauna and a steam room, but the steam room was out of service, which was a disappointment. We ate breakfast at the Carve restaurant this morning and it was really good… Great mimosas and breakfast options. We booked stalls at the velocity pub/driving range yesterday and today and absolutely love that place. Have an Arnold Palmer for us! When we let the front desk know about the dog bed situation at check-in, they kindly brought us some complimentary wine, which is very much appreciated. The showers are very lovely and all the toiletries are very nice in the rooms. The views from the balconies are very lovely and we know that this place will be very nice in the summer and we have rebooked to come in middle of Aug.

We have travelled to pet friendly properties in the past but this resort went above and beyond. We didn’t feel like pet friendly meant we tolerate pets. At Naturally Pacific we felt like we were truly welcomed with our well behaved and travel savvy dog. We would love to go back sometime.

Another great stay at Naturally Pacific! If you want to relax, this is the perfect spot. The included indoor pool and sauna, and outdoor hot tub are worth the trip alone. The room service is amazing and the poolside bar service was an unexpected treat on a Saturday night. We loved our friendly server. Will return again and again!

What a wonderful stay with such an accommodating staff! All around we had an excellent stay and we would recommend this place wholeheartedly. From the staff at the front desk to the staff at Crave Restaurant, everyone was friendly and efficient. The entire resort smelled heavenly everywhere and was super clean. We really loved the scent of the toiletry materials provided as well. The pool was amazing- temperature was perfect and the facilities were so clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming back soon and experiencing the spa next time.

The staff were very friendly, and our in-room dining experience was enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view of the golf course, which I imagine would be stunning in the summer. However, despite the cozy bed, we struggled to sleep due to a persistent rattling noise coming from the vents. It seemed like there was a generator nearby because whenever it turned on, the walls would shake. Additionally, we were disturbed early in the morning by someone bouncing a ball in the room above us, and we could feel the vibrations above our heads. This made me question the sound insulation of the walls.

Beautiful property, rooms and great amenities. The only thing I can say that is negative is the large construction project occurring across the street, not directly related to the property. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna at this resort. It was clean, and convenient.

Treasure in Campbell Rivee

Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet room with nice bed. Stayed in room with view of ocean and enjoyed from private balcony. Pool, sauna and hot tub were great; clean and well maintained. Carve restaurant - food and service were excellent.
