Tive diversos problemas, o quarto que fiz a reserva foi completamente diferente do quarto entregue, muito inferior, O banheiro foi limpo com excesso de cloro para disfarçar o mofo existente, ficou com resíduo, manchou as roupas da minha filha As instalações do quarto são horríveis, Tomadas quebradas, Risco de choque, Apenas uma tomada espalhada no quarto funcionando, porém sem espelho e sem segurança Camas velhas, colchão maior que a base da cama ou seja, fica pra fora não permitindo usar todo o colchão, além de ser pequeno, travesseiros desgastados, velhos, Roupa de capa surrada, encardida, com aspecto de usada Todas as mantas disponíveis estavam com mal cheiro (usadas), cheiro de “azedo” Muito cabelo entre as fronhas e os lençóis ao chegar no quarto OBS: tudo isso foi reportado aos funcionários Cabelos e pelos íntimos espalhados por todo o box. Show de horrores!!! Café da manhã muito básico, sem possibilidade de pedir itens adicionais Itens faltantes Não disponibilizam sequer guardanapos Éramos 3 pessoas, no terceiro dia o café veio apenas para duas pessoas, com menos itens Em relação à limpeza e manutenção do quarto, reposição dos itens básicos, tínhamos que ficar tentando encontrar os funcionários no hotel São poucos ou quase nenhum Para este tipo de sistema funcionar, precisam melhorar e muito!!! Não vou entrar em detalhes de valores, mas sinceramente pelo que foi pago, ficou faltando troco!!!! Decepcionante.

Tudo bem arrumado, a equipe no local era atenciosa e educada. Meu único comentário é que a escada que dá acesso a cabana poderia ser mais estruturada, talvez colocar um corrimão. E havia uma parte debaixo da cabana com muitos móveis antigos guardados, acho que seria bom retirá-los e fazer uma área de lazer no local já que tem uma área para fogueira.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Toalhas e roupas de cama perfumados... um capricho! Exatamente o que estava procurando: um lugar tranquilo e em meio a natureza pra descansar. Dona Conceição muito atenciosa, nos atendeu muito bem. Aceita pet. Café, chá, agua, torradinhas e bolo disponíveis o dia todo no salão com lareira.
