Tervetuloa ihanteelliseen ympärivuotiseen lomapaikkaan! Upouusi keittiö valmistui toukokuussa 2018! Paljon hauskoja aktiviteetteja klubitalossa! Tämä suuri koti on osa Waterville Estatesia Camptonissa, NH: ssa. Valkoisissa vuoristossa sijaitseva nykyaikainen talo on tilava avokonseptinen olohuone, jossa on holvikatot, kattoikkunat ja suuret ikkunat, joissa on kauniit metsäiset näkymät. Liukuovet seulotulle kuistille. Kolme tarinaa omakotitalo, jossa 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet, kansi, palo kuoppaan. Koti on täysin ladattu ja valmis hauskaa! Elokuvat, videopelit, lasten pelit / lelut ja paljon muuta!
Vuokra sisältää pääsyn monen miljoonan dollarin virkistyskeskukseen, jossa on 2 sisäuima-allasta, kylpytynnyrit, 2 ulkouima-allasta tarjoilupalvelulla, sauna, tennis, kuntokeskus, arcade, lounge, ravintola ja baari. Kompleksissa on myös uima-lampi, jossa on meloa veneitä kesällä ja luistelu talvella. Waterville Estatesissa on myös oma hiihtomäki (luontolumi) hiihtoon, kelkkailuun ja letkuihin. As advertised! Cosy mountain lodge

We enjoyed our trip quite a bit. Thanks for the lovely lodging. The community center was great for pickleball and the indoor pools looked quite nice. A note to those with very young children or people with mobility issues: the stairs down to the bunkbed room and rec room are extremely steep. It feels more like climbing a ladder than stairs. No problem for our 9yo, less so for the person with recent knee surgery. They stayed on the main level, so all was well

Everyone enjoyed their stay at the house. It’s in a quiet area. Grandson loved downstairs bedroom and hangout room.Wasn’t musty at all.Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. It was awesome!

Home away from home! Our stay here was perfect!

Awesome place!!

This was a great place to stay with family! It is right on the mountain and has lots of room if you're staying with multiple families! Our weekend it mostly rained but we still had lots to do woth the rec center and games in the house. One of the families forgot a special pillow of one of their children and the owner just happened to be coming to the area we loved and offered to bring it down! Such a special person!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house suited our needs comfortably and the location is beautiful. The kids loved hanging out in the basement and the adults loved the three season room. We had all the amenities of home and made great memories! I would highly recommend this property 🙂

Great family weekend!

We had a great stay for my niece’s graduation weekend. The house was beautiful with several areas to sit and talk and play cards. We loved the big kitchen table and the porch off the side of the house. Christina was a great host and made everything easy for us. Thanks!

Pictures were accurate unfortunately house has a big mouse problem there was mouse poop all over the house not just on the floors but on kitchen table literally everywhere. Back 4 season porch was leaking water from the roof. Property owner was great about responding and offering full refund and paying for another place to stay unfortunately there were no other options of places to stay for my family and I.

The perfect summer retreat for families

We had a blast at Christina’s cottage. We have two kids under the age of 5 and she went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for the baby and the toddler. The location is great and surrounded by nature, perfect for family hikes! We loved it.

Fun escape to the mountains

We had a lovely weekend getaway to the mountains. The home is conveniently located to several trails in the whites. Cozy fireplace and plenty of space for a small group. Had a lovely time and would come back again!

Already planning a second trip

This property was great! Immediately upon pulling in I noticed that it was already better than pictures could show. The set up outside was excellent and the quiet road made it feel even more private than we expected. Our friends and family are already looking into another trip up here for hopefully an even longer stay!

Spacious and relaxing with lots of amenities!

The property was lovely and quite spacious. We were 4 adults and one teen so it was great to have lots of room to spread out. Location was wonderful. Access to the fabulous community center was a major draw and it did not disappoint. Even with not the best weather, we had plenty to do just using that facility and the outdoor components. The unit is super close to it as well. We were within a short drive to lots of other fun attractions but this was a low-key mini vacation for us so we were content to mostly stay in the unit and access the pool, gym, pond, etc. at the community center. Definitely got the feeling that this would be a terrific place to stay at any time of year between the unit and the center. Christina was a wonderful host - very responsive! She told me ahead of time there was a problem with the electric in one of the bathrooms which we were fine with. Unfortunately, some of the outlets seemed old as plugs did not stay in long and a number of other lights did not work. Christina was super quick to respond and even offered to deduct 1 night's stay which was very generous. She was a wonderful communicator throughout. The place is also stocked with anything and everything you might need (except a very large fry pan ;>) - way more than we expected. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend the place and the owner.

Family Gathering

Clean comfortable more than enough room and great location to all the White Mountains have to offer. The pools at the Rec Center are a plus for rainy days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
