Great hotel located near the main marina, Bến Ninh Kiều and night market. However, our driver was having difficulty locating the address as it was listed incorrectly by Expedia. The correct address is 45 Đ. Ngô Quyền, Tân An, Ninh Kiều, Cần Thơ, Vietnam. Check-in process was quick and easy. Reception staff was helpful in accommodating us in changing the room types. Nice facility with less than 2 yrs old. Our room was a delux twin room with city view but we were still able to see the river from the window. Great breakfast variety but kitchen staff appeared to replenish the foods too slowly during peak time around 8ish.

Just brilliant. Marvelous view from 16th floor and room was great - very clean and comfy. Good breakfast - variety of western and Vietnamese. Fantastic roof top view and pool. Previous reviewers mentioned you could go to Sense City next door via the 3rd floor restaurant which was useful - you go straight through to the food court and then there's a department store and supermarket. It was just a really great stay - near to everything, especially if you want to go on a river tour and the night markets. Totally recommend.

Even its consider a 5 star hotel. To me I will rate it at 4 stars. Amenities on the property wasn’t there as it post on the site. For example roof top bar? There was NO roof top bar in site. Breakfast is overrated. Same basic breakfast everyday. Wasn’t much to offer if you do tend to stay long periods of days. The one good out of this hotel is walking distance to most tourist attractions. For the price is NOT worth it. Feel like it’s over price with lack of amenities.

Nice, newly opened high end hotel. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 5* for the hotel. But 2* for spa/massage service- massage staff has little massage training.
