Dishes & silverware for 8, wine & beverage glasses, Comfy King Size Bed with luxury linens, Cozy Open Floor Plan Living Area with Reclining Sofa & Chair, Dining Area , 70" TV (including Streaming, Netflix & Amazon Prime- please use your own password to log on and remember to log off so others don’t use your account). mesmerizing LED fireplace, and a well appointed modern Bathroom with plush towels & toiletries. Located in the Bristol Harbour Community. Private Beach Access and Elevator is open during summer for guests Monday 9am through Friday noon, with an access card supplied on the kitchen counter. 2 beach towels are supplied. The Stairs are Closed. There is also a Public Beach 4 minutes away. For weekends.

For Restaurants- We can recommend : The Rose Tavern & The Sand Bar for Lakefront Dining, New York Kitchen ( also offers stadium style cooking classes & a cool beer & wine tasting room), Nolans- for the Best Lobster Roll anywhere, Kix on Main, Il Posto, Casa di Pasta, Simply Crepes, Rio Tomatlan, either the Gateway Diner ( best Benedicts!) or Dalai Java for Breakfast, Tom Wahls for Rochester Fish Fry or Famous Rochester style Cheeseburger or White Hots with Hot Sauce, Abbotts Frozen Custard is a Must!
*We comply with "Guidelines for owners & property managers for Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfection of Vacation Rentals"- supplying hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, Thoroughly disinfecting & cleaning between guests, with special attention to high touch areas like all handles & knobs, light switches & remotes. ****Per our HOA beginning April 15, 2025, they are requiring a 4 night minimum so please contact me for any special requests of a shorter stay so I can make arrangements for you. We have a limit of 2 guests per new town ordinance. If additional guests stay the night I can lose my permit!
