Children and Infants
Please note that the property is not child-proofed, and we do not provide baby amenities such as a high chair or cot.
Children and infants are welcome, provided they are supervised by an adult at all times and guests bring their own baby amenities if required.
Please ensure that children do not draw, paint, or make marks on the walls, doors, carpet, tiles, furniture, or any other part of the apartment.

Use of Property and Facilities
Please use all appliances, blinds, doors, furniture, fixtures, and facilities with care and follow the instructions provided in the House Manual.
If anything is damaged, broken, or not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible.

Noise and Neighbourhood
Please respect our neighbours and the building community.
No loud noise is allowed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Excessive noise, including amplified music, loud voices, screaming, or antisocial behaviour in the apartment or common areas, may result in complaints from neighbours, the building manager, council rangers, or police.
Visitors and Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
No additional guests or visitors may enter the property without prior approval from the host.

Parties and Events
Parties, events, gatherings, and antisocial behaviour are strictly not permitted.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property at any time.
Please also do not smoke on balconies, near open windows, or in any area where smoke may enter the apartment or disturb neighbours.

Pets
Pets are not allowed without prior written approval from the host.

Before Leaving the Property
Whenever you leave the property, please ensure that:
All lights are turned off.
Air conditioning and heating are turned off.
Appliances are turned off where appropriate.
Doors and windows are securely closed and locked.
