It comprises a lovely 35 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with a shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival, and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV and a decorative fireplace (not for use)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- On the first floor, two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- On the 2nd floor, one bedroom with 4 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate toilets

For even greater comfort, the owners have added the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally situated in Cancale, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the Bd Thiers car park (60 spaces), a 2-minute walk away, or in the outdoor car parks in the town centre. Car parks at the harbour are chargeable.

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 70 km away
