Surrounded by the famous forts, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas and overlooking the forest, mountains, churches and river. This Penthouse is ideal for a group of friends who wish to chill and enjoy the calmness amidst the hussle.
Please read house rules below for clarity on the booking.
Other things to note
A 3BHK duplex penthouse apartment which is over looks the lush green mangroves forest, mountains, river and churches. Oh and if your lucky then you may spot peacocks, parrots, kingfishers and many colorful birds in the backyard. You are sure to love waking up to nature and it's beauty.
Also that we are centrally located from all the famous beaches, churches, shopping streets, clubs, restaurants and not to forget the popular fort Aguada.
* Geyser in the common washroom.
* Second bathroom has handshower.
* We can provide repellent machine but guest would need to install refill
* Prices include our basic tariff, Airbnb platform fees and their taxes.
* It is a duplex penthouse with internal staircase.
* Since it's a terrace flat and it shall come with challanges during monsoons. So do consider them and check with the host for any queries/doubts before booking.
* Pls check on the latest update about the swimming pool before booking since it's society managed and maintained. And if that's a mandate for your booking.
House Rules :-
Disclaimer : NO KIDS allowed in this particular listing unless mentioned to the host and discussed.
1. Please do not smoke inside the house when the windows are closed. It leaves a strong smell on the upholstery. The apartment does have balconies with view and beautiful birds to watch. If the smell retains at the time of checkout then there shall be charges on actual for deep cleaning of 3000 Rs.
2. Please switch off the lights, geyser and ACs when not in use or while away from home as Goa has a lot of load shedding and it may effect the appliances. Help us save energy.
3. Home delivery is till 10:30 or 11pm as per society rules. Post that one has to walk up to the main gate for picking up of orders.
4. Swimming pool has timings till 6pm as it gets dark later since we are in a green area. Follow dress code pls. Also the pool is owned,managed and maintained by the society so host has nothing to do with that. It's just a facility that is being offered to the guest if at all they wish to use it.
5. Housekeeping in between the stay is chargeable as only one time cleaning given at the time of check in.
6. Lenin and Towels shall be changed on request and there are additional charges.
7. Laundry and washing machine access can be given on request with additional charges of Rs 500 on request.
8. Guest shall be charged on actuals in case of any damages in the property.
9. Dedicated parking is C1 301. Parking else where shall be charged as per society rules.
10. Pls leave the dustbin outside the door in the morning for housekeeping to unload it.
11. Humble request, pls adhere to checkout timings at 11am as our team would need a minimum 2 hours before hosting our next guest.
12. Request not loose the keys coz in Goa it is expensive, rare and difficult to get a key maker to help even on request. Guest shall be charged fine of INR 2000 if there is a situation.
13. Request to keep it low on volume post 11pm as we are in a gated community.
14. Management, house owners, caretakers and housekeeping shall not be responsible for guests personal belongings. There is a wooden wardrobe that has a key just in case one needs to store their vanity items.
15. Please carry valid ID and address proof as that is mandatory at the time of check in.
16. Major and humble request to understand that an early check in would not be possible as it is season time and that we are mostly booked. Having said that, some requests shall be handled situation based.
Please Note : We do not provide cooker, chakla belen, rolling pin or any other additional utensils. We have basic provision for heating food and very light cooking.
Additional charges of 3000 Rs for deep cleaning if sand is found anywhere in the apartment. Coz it gets difficult to get it off the upholstery.
Would request to follow house rules as we live in a gated community.
