we welcome you to stay at our place and be our family guest & experience,safety, unique goan, hospitality n lifestyle and take home great holiday memories .place is highly recommended for couples,womens, family with children n elderly,and guests with special food cooking requirements.

Holiday homes situated in the heart of Candolim just 5 min walk to nearby beach, restaurants,shopping,n transportation
Includes ssential amenities for guests looking out for short term or long term stay and conscious about of not eating outside, we have complete PRIVACY Apartment ,no sharing with other guest with self service attached private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and freedom to enter n go anytime of your stay
Attached bedroom has split A/C , closet,,chest drawer, ceilings fans flat-sceen tv with satellite dish connection
Bathroom is attached n private with 24 hrs hot n cold water with Western style commord
Attached private kitchen that is equipped with gas stove ,pots n pan frying pan,cooker kadai handi ,tapeli, electric kettle and taoster , refrigerator, microwave, toaster and essential crockery, cabinet,
Wifi broadband internet with 300 Mbps internet speed with unlimited data,
power back up for wifi,lights,fan is available
Daily maid room cleaning, sweeping n moping done only upon your permission and linen change after 2days
kindly note kitchen utensils cleaning is not included but can be arranged for minimum charge kindly discuss with the maid.
We provide Public water/ well water safe for drinking, cooking , bathing, washing beside 20 litre filtered bottle water is provided only for special drinking need
Personal laundry washing is available for additional charges for 8 kg load
pressing iron is available on request so also in additional services required pls feel free to ask we will be happy to help if it in our capacity
