Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 40 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, less than 200 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- A rich hinterland for nature lovers: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, wine tours, wine tasting...
