There is additional sleeping for 1-2 guests on the sofa bed. A convenient kitchenette and a cozy living area with dining for four make this suite ideal for those seeking some solitude. The separate entrance adds an extra layer of privacy, ensuring you do not have to interact with guests staying in the main townhouse.



The suite features a gorgeous new sofa (with memory foam sofabed) and chaise longue for your relaxing comfort. Switch on the Smart TV and kick back at the end of a day of adventure. The kitchenette offers a space for you to start your day with a fresh brewed coffee or cup of tea, or use the microwave to whip up a snack. There is no oven or additional cooking facilities in this suite, and no dishwasher. Guest Access:

Guests have access to all areas of the ground floor suite. You do not have access to the main part of the townhouse, including the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

2nd Ave lies just off the main access road in and out of Canmore. The townhouse is perfectly placed for quick access by road to hiking and skiing in Banff National Park. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy the amazing French pastries at Le Fournil, an incredible meal at Crazyweed Kitchen or Ankor, or grab some freshly roasted coffee to take home from Eclipse Coffee Roastery. Supermarkets are a 5-10 minute walk, and downtown Canmore with its shopping and restaurant scene is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo.



Getting Around:

Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 5 minute walk from the home.



Other Things to Note:

Other guests may be in the main part of the home above. Please be mindful of them when making noise after 10pm or before 8am. We expect the same courtesy from them, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
