This property is quite old, but it’s relatively clean, and there is helpful staff. There aren’t any special facilities, and there was a comfortable place to sleep, but in terms of hygiene services, there wasn’t any space in the room where I could place my toiletries on the bathroom counter, and overall, everything felt quite old and dated.

Rooms are large and well stocked. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but it would have been great. Staff are friendly. Only suggestion would be more lighting as the rooms are very dark. Would stay again.

Decent place to stay with nice view of mountains. However it is overpriced. And the A/C is not so good, fairly noisy and sending cold air on us while we sleep. We finally put one big suitcase in front of the unit to divert air away from us.

the photos of this property are VERY misleading. Makes it look like a high end resort. They look MUCH nicer than the property. The property is run down..old and smelly. Staff is not friendly and don't even smile. The rooms smell like 50 year old rooms. There was no housekeeping. Stay away

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially loved the free live entertainment with wine and cheese—such a nice touch! It was also super convenient to have complimentary coffee, tea, and apple cider available daily. A special shoutout to Kudzai at the front desk who was absolutely amazing, and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
