A wonderful apartment in an excellent location!

The photos are nearly completely accurate, although there are some areas (e.g. peeling paint) that need to be refreshed to keep the place attractive. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom is spectacular. Waking up to see the Mediterranean is something special. Having the bus right outside the complex was very convenient to get into Old Antibes and to the train station. The bed was comfortable and I rented linens through M. Rousseau. The kitchen was well-equipped, although there were no real cleaning supplies provided. All in all, however, I would return and recommend this apartment to friends.

Quite a surprise

Why "Quite a surprise"? Well, because it was bigger than we had imagined it. The location worked fo us (We had rented a car and you've got your own parking spot! -I am all for the "not driving around to find a spot"-) and all what is needed (Groceries, boulangerie, pharmacy) was within a ten minutes drive (Google map, I love you). The view of the balcony, is lovely and we enjoyed a few suppers there. The only thing that I would say is that there is no AC and the south of France in the summer is quite hot. There is one fan but the place would benefit from another two. We were lucky to have friends whom lent us some for the stay. Besides that, he had a lovely time and enjoyed the place. Communication with the property manager was prompt and he was very helpful. Thanks again

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war freundlich. Sehr schöne Wohnung im 6. Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und in die Berge. Die Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung empfanden wir als gut. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Autostellplatz in der abgeschlossenen Anlage. Der Weg zum Strand mit rund 1 km ist ein bisschen weit, vor allem wenn man mit Sonnenschirmen, Badesachen, Luftmatratzen etc. bepackt ist. Letztendlich fuhren wir mit dem Auto zum Strandparkplatz. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Geschäfte sind in der Nähe, vor allem eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Gegenüber dem Haus befindet sich eine Apotheke und eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man direkt zum Bahnhof von Antibes fahren kann. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (mit Aufzug) einer Wohnanlage. Vom Balkon mit Morgensonne, hat meinen einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Juan les Pins. Die große Wohnung ist kpl. ausgestattet (ausser Bettwäsche und Handtüchern). Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellraum in der Anlage.
